    Hindi Fortnight Celebrated at NALCO

    Bhubaneswar, 15/09/2014:  With a view to promote the use of Hindi as official language, National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) celebrated Hindi fortnight at its Corporate Office and sites from 1st to 15th September 2014. To mark the occasion, NALCO organised various competitions among its employees including essay, debate, noting quiz etc. At the concluding day function held today at corporate office, Shri Ansuman Das, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, NALCO as the chief guest handed over the prizes to the winners in the various competitions. Among others, Shri N.R. Mohanty, Director(P&T), Shri S.C. Padhy, Director(HR), Shri K.C. Samal, Director(Finance), Ms Soma Mondal, Director(Commercial) & Shri A.K. Sahu, ED(H&A) were notably present on the occasion. The dignitaries addressing the gathering and stressed on the implementation of Hindi Language in day today official work.

    Shri Sudarsan Tarai, AGM(Rajbhasa), coordinated the programme while the function concluded with a vote of thanks by Shri Hariram Pansari, Manager (Rajbhasa).
