    In response to the clarion call given by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on 15th August, 2014, NALCO has been actively engaged in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan activities across the country in various installations/locations and in the vicinity thereof., NALCO has undertaken projects to make its peripheral villages Open Defecation Free- 6 at Damanjodi and 5 at Angul by providing Individual House Hold Latrines (IHHL) to 1774 HHs with water facility. More villages will be made ODF in the coming years. Sensitisation towards the proper use of toilets and adopting hygienic practices will be undertaken.
