Skill Development Programme

Skill enhancement trainings which can generate employability is being provided regularly. Some of the trainings are beautician course, food and nutrition, tailoring, motor winding, pump maintenance, etc. NALCO is also assisting the trainee in getting employment. NALCO is actively considering for setting up of a skill development centre. AT Utkal University a skill development incubation centre is under construction.
