Collective Birthday of Children of Adruta Home “Education and Discipline can lead children in the path of Success” : Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand

Bhubaneswar, 09/08/2017: Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD graced the celebration organized to mark the Collective Birthday of the Orphan children of Adruta Children Home on 7th August 2017. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Chand said: “Children are gifts of God. Proper education, discipline and the guidance of teachers can lead children in the path of success.” He also appreciated the organization for their relentless effort towards nurturing the orphan children.
It may be mentioned that the Children Home (a unit of RAWA Academy), has provided shelter to as many as 450 orphans and abandoned children and takes care of their upbringing and education. Wishing the children on their birthday, Dr. Chand inspired the inmates with his words of wisdom. He also highlighted Nalco’s programmes like Indradhanush and Nalco ki Ladli, specially designed for tribal children and girl children. Smt. Preeti Roy, President, Nalco Mahila Samiti also graced the occasion and interacted with the children.
