Terming the social security schemes as support systems from ‘Womb to Tomb’ Dr Chand said, that these social security schemes are necessary for the working class in both organized & unorganized sectors, but the setback is due to the lack of effective implementation and lack of awareness among the working class.

Appreciating the contribution of contract workers in the success of NALCO, Dr Chand said “We at NALCO strongly believe that recognizing the rights & contributions of contract workers plays vital role in organizational success and paves way for inclusive growth”.
