    Nalco opens free OPD Centre at Angul for registered villagers

    Bhubaneswar, 19/02/2014: The Smelter & Power Complex of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), under its Periphery Development Programme, has opened an OPD Centre at Angul for the benefit of registered villagers living in the vicinity. After check-ups, patients shall be given medicines free of cost at the centre. This medical facility is being extended besides the existing Mobile Health Units run by the company.

    The registration drive was launched today at Tulasipal village. Shri Sachin Jadhav, Collector, Angul, Shri S.K.Roy, ED (S&P), NALCO, Shri Pradosh Mohanty, GM (H&A), NALCO and Ms Sujata Shubhadarshini, BDO, Banarpal, handed over the Health Cards to the villagers. Shri Anil Bhatt, DGM (PD & PR), coordinated the distribution of cards.
