“New generation 5G ICT (Information Communication Technology) capable to deliver smart services for smart city.” : Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, NALCO CMD

Bhubaneswar, 17/08/2017: “Making Bhubaneswar a smart city will require smart services- 24X7 power supply with minimum consumption, drinking water supply with zero wastage, hundred percent effluent effluent recycling with zero discharge, multimodal transport with enhanced safety, improved medical care, controlled devices for household gadgets and so on,” said Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD, NALCO. He was addressing the 29 th GISFI and IEEE 5G Summit held at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar on 17 th August 2017.
