Performance Excellence Award for NALCO

Bhubaneswar: 10/09/2015:  National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), the Navratna PSU, Under Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India has been selected for the “Performance Excellence Award – 2014”, instituted by the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE). The awardee is assessed on the basis of outstanding contributions towards excellence, chosen from various organizations representing both public and private sectors.

In a communication, the Chairman of IIIE has congratulated Shri T.K. Chand, CMD, NALCO, requesting him to share the success story of the company, in the 19th CEOs Conference in Dubai on 8th October 2015. The award will be presented to NALCO during the Conference.

Attributing the success to the concerted efforts of NALCO Collective, Shri Chand said that NALCO’s business excellence is based on company’s productivity, profitability and credibility.
